Yes—everything in the Welcome Kit is 100% free.
Parents simply cover the $5 shipping fee, which helps pay for printing, envelopes, supplies, and postage.

For families who want to add a little extra magic, we offer a 4-pack of North Pole stickers for $5 total.
This add-on is completely optional and helps support the program. The stickers are approximately 2.5" tall and are made from waterproof vinyl.
Your child’s kit is mailed through USPS in a protective outer envelope. Inside is the magical North Pole envelope for your child. Tracking is not included.
Your Santa Mail Kit should arrive right before Christmas!
We are shipping only within the United States this year to keep delivery times short and predictable.
Because the Nice Department is getting a slightly late start this season, there is a small chance your kit may arrive just after Christmas—but don’t worry! Santa works year-round, and he loves sending surprises even after the holiday.
All kits are mailed with a real USPS stamp, just like classic Santa mail.
This means there is no tracking, but it also helps keep the program free and magical.
Not at this time. To keep this program free, fast, and available to as many families as possible, all kits are printed in batches.
Personalizing each letter would slow production significantly and increase costs, making it impossible to keep the program free.
So at this time, personalization is not available, but the experience is still magical for all children.
Yes, but a shipping fee is needed for each kit to cover North Pole costs. There is no limit on how many you can request.
Yes! We will have either a monthly or quarterly free mailing program to keep the magic going throughout the year! Check back in January for more details!
The only information we save is your email address. This is simply to keep you updated on future free mailings for the kids. You will be given the option to opt-out if you choose. Your informaton is NEVER shared. You may choose to create an optional account to keep track of your orders, but either way your information is never shared.
The Nice Department is getting a little bit of a late start this year, so we aren’t able to add your child’s name directly to the envelope or letters.
To keep the process moving smoothly (and keep the kit free!), all Santa Mail is printed in batches without personalization.
Please include the adult’s name on the shipping address.
The outside mailing envelope will be plain to protect the magic and keep curious eyes from seeing it early.
Inside, your child will receive a beautifully decorated North Pole Envelope filled with their Santa Letter, Pip Twinklesworth’s Welcome Note, and their Nice List Certificate.

The fee covers the actual cost of printing, paper, envelopes, supplies, postage, and packing. This allows us to keep the entire kit itself free.
